Meditech enjoys an excellent reputation for the service back-up.
Free Service/Replacement of parts during the warranty period is 100% guaranteed
by the company without any questions being asked. Service calls are attended promptly
through well equipped workshops in Lahore, Karachi, and Rawalpindi/Islamabad &
Peshawar by our factory trained service engineers. Company maintains a good inventory
of Spares with reference to product range of each manufacturer. Spares, not available ex-stock are promptly imported from abroad by Federal Express (FedEx) or DHL.
Service calls are monitored through our proprietary MessCAM software which can track
the progress of each service call efficiently Customers can find out the of tiniest
details of the progress work being carried out, from the last nut and bolt to delivery.
Service Engineers are sent abroad regularly for availing service training courses
conducted by each manufacturer, and sometime we send each Engineers/Asst. Engineers
on a one-on-one service training at manufacturer's factory. As a matter of company
policy we do not employ service personnel in the absence of certified qualifications
and experience matching with our product range. All the applicant have to go through
a rigorous interview and on-hands testing before they start.
