1. Meditech Private Limited is a registered company operating in Pakistan.

You may not copy, distribute or use the information, graphics (including logos, images, captions, headings, text, icons, etc.) and website design published herein without Meditech Private Limited written consent. If we understand that some information is copied, we may ask for legal proceedings.
    
3. All the visits are logged including the visitor’s IP (Internet Protocol) address and Date and Time of the visit and are segregated and stored demographically. No personal information of any kind is retrieved from the viewers computer.
     
4. All the information herein may be changed or removed without prior notice and at Meditech Private Limited sole discretion.
    
5. Images of each product, published herein are for illustration purpose only, by no mean, they guarantee that the product supplied will be similar. Each product is trade mark by respective manufacturers. The manufacturer and Meditech reserved the right to discontinue or change the specification of each product. 6. By no mean, Meditech Private Limited is obliged to respond to ever query, and may refuse to give quotations without giving any reason.
    
7. All the institutions mentioned in “Installed Base” portion of the website contains names of Hospitals/Teaching institutes operating in Pakistan at the time when order was received by Meditech Private Limited. You further agree to the following:
    
   (i) Names of Hospital/Teaching institutes are displayed via certain criteria and it does not guarantee that we will include an additional name based upon the financial value of the order nor we agree to include the additional name upon request of the Institution (by “Institution” we mean any DHQ¹/THQ²/Hospital Teaching College/University operating within the territory of Pakistan or any other internationally recognized country where Meditech Private Limited exported or sold any of our products).
    
   (ii) You may not contact the Hospital/Teaching institute directly with reference to any of our products whether current or discontinued.
    
   (iii) Each product is tested by the manufacturer and Meditech rigorously before actual delivery is made, and Meditech Private Limited by no mean is responsible for misuse of that product, or operation of the product by non qualified personals. 
    
8. We may refuse to repair any equipment supplied by us if we find that Equipment /Product has been tampered with or any repair work has been carried out by Hospital/Teaching College/University staff, or by any other person(s) other than service engineers employed by Meditech Private Limited or by mutual consent of Meditech Private Limited authorizing the customer/institute to carry out the repair work. Doing so will void the warranty if the product is within the warranty period.
    
9. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order received we see fit without any reasoning.
    
10. If the quotation has surpassed the validity period printed, and by no means it is guaranteed that prices quoted in our quotations are final. We reserve the right to change the price and/or the delivery schedule of each item, unless otherwise printed on our quotation or by mutual agreement or we extend the validity in writing.
